Warranty Policy

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Item
If the items are Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact our customer service within 3 days after delivery. Please be advised that photo/video copies of the item must be available for review. The following can be considered to refund/change:1.Must be in original packaging with serial numbers showing; 2.Photo/Video recording of the malfunction of the defective item must be available; 3.Product mustn't have any outside damages(wear and tear). If these requirements are met, we'll assume responsibility to cover return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is placed back in the original packaging without any wear and tear for a functional change or item refund.
Shipping Damaged Item
If you have received an item(s) that had been damaged during transit, please contact our customer service with photo and/or video recordings of the damaged areas within 3 days after delivery. Proof requirements are listed as the following: the original package with the serial numbers and photos or videos showing the shipping damage part of the item(s), make sure the item(s) do not have any other man-made damage and without any wear and tear. If the damaged area does not affect the use of the item(s), we will offer compensation (will be treated case by case). If the damaged area does affect the use of the item(s), please refer to the details on DOA (Dead on Arrival) Item.
 
Self pick-up damaged Item
If the customer decides to pick up the item(s), it is the customers sole responsibility to fully inspect the item(s) to ensure that the package of item(s) is in good condition before collecting the item(s). If the item(s) are defective by the time once the packaging has been opened, please refer to the “DOA (Dead on Arrival) Item” policy. Shipping fees to ship the returned item(s) will be at customer’s expense.
 
Defective Item
If the item(s) turn out to be a defective one (none man-made damage) within 30 days after delivery, please contact our customer service with proofs like photos or videos to describe the case. Proof requirements are listed as the following: the original package with the serial numbers and photos or videos showing the shipping damage part of the item(s), make sure the item(s) do not have any other man-made damage and without any wear and tear. After the case is confirmed, you can return the item(s) back in the original packaging without any wear and tear for a functional change or item(s) refund, otherwise we only cover the repair itself.
If the items are defective after 30 days but still within the warranty time (none man-made damage), you can send us the proofs like photos or videos to describe the case and get the defective item be forwarded to a factory for repairs. After the case is confirmed, we will ship the new items to you to replace the defective item. For the above-mentioned situations, it is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of shipping to return to our facility. Han’s Laser will cover the cost of shipping to send back to the customer upon completion of the repair. If the items are defective after the warranty time, you are responsible for paying all costs incurred. Customers pay the fees that may occur due to customs duties.
 
Wrong Item Received
If the item(s) you received are completely different from the one you ordered, please contact our customer service with photos or videos of the different item within 3 days after delivery. If a return is necessary, please return the item(s) back in the original packaging without any wear and tear. The correct item(s) and the returning shipping cost will be sent to you on receiving the returned item(s). The recommended shipping method is registered airmail with tracking number to ensure that the item(s) does not get lost in transit. Or if you could take it, we will offer a special discount for buying it.
 
Unsatisfied Purchase
If the item(s) works but you do not wish to retain it, or for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it in 7 days in its original package with the receipt for a refund or an exchange if the return is not caused by our error. We charge all the shipping expense of the item during a refund, or if an exchange is requested, you are obligated to pay shipping costs for the return and replacement.
Please note that shipping fee is not refunded. Please contact us to get the correct returning address when you are planning to return a purchase (DO NOT USE THE ADDRESS ON THE SHIPPING LABEL NOR ON THE WEBSITE)
 
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped.
In your account center, if the order payment status says “pending payment” or “pending”, you can just leave it there or contact us to cancel it.
If the order is paid, but the shipment status says “unshipped” then please contact us to cancel the order and get a refund. Once the shipment status says “shipped”, we are unable to cancel the order while you will still be able to send it back within a 7 day period for a refund. We charge all the shipping expense of the item(s) during a refund, or if an exchange is requested, you are obligated to pay shipping costs for the return and replacement. The recommended shipping method in a proper way with tracking number to ensure that the item does not get lost in transit. Please note that shipping fee is not refunded.
 
Refund Policy
The customer is responsible to cover all customs’ duties, tax charges & carrier brokerage fees for the product.
No shipping charges will be refunded, including shipping charges for returning the product.
If the item is refused by the purchaser upon delivery, Han’s Laser will deduct any additional ship-back charges and customs charges from the refund.
If the item has been more than 15 days since the purchaser received the product(s), the item must be returned and tested by Han’s Laser prior to refund.
